How a guide gets listed

Every guide met live before listing. They bring something they are actually working on, and someone watches them work through it.

What that meeting looks for is narrow on purpose: can this person sit with someone at a different level and leave them further along. Fluency with the tools is table stakes; the meeting is about the other half.

Guides stay unnamed on the listing until a session is booked and paid. You meet their practice first — what they do every day, at what level, in which tools.

The session is yours

We mediate the business, never the conversation. The platform holds the calendar, the booking, and the record of what happened.

The hour itself runs on your guide's own tool, between the two of you. No recording, no transcript, no notes taken, no AI sitting in. That is an edict, not a feature we have yet to get to.

The money, as it works today

Every guide sets their own per-session price, and you see it before you book. Pay per session — nothing else.

In the current mode you and your guide settle payment directly between yourselves. The platform records that a payment was arranged and that both of you confirmed it. The money never passes through us, and we make no claim to be holding it for you.

This will change. When the platform starts holding payment until a session is done, this page will say so plainly and the promise will grow to match. Until then it says only what is true.

Changing your plans

Cancel or move a session freely up to 24 hours before it starts. Your guide can do the same, and how often they do is a number we publish.

Guides are held to a public bar on cancellations and missed sessions, measured on a rolling 90-day window and enforced by the platform.

After the hour

Both of you confirm the session happened. Absent anything wrong it closes itself 24 hours after the scheduled end, so you are never chased for an errand.

If something did go wrong, say so from the session's own page before that window closes. It opens an incident, the operator is notified, and a person handles it.

Reviews are written once, by the person who was there, and they stand. Nobody can quietly buy one or take one down.

Your data

Cookies keep you signed in, guard forms, and remember your theme. That is the whole list.
