The thresholds

Measured across every guide, counted from bookings that got past checkout. These are the figures the platform enforces right now, not a target it is working toward.

The live thresholds could not be read just now. Rather than print a figure that might be out of date, this section stays blank until it can be shown correctly.

Who gets on the bench

Every guide met live before listing. A person from the platform sits with them and watches them work through something real before their profile can be seen by anyone.

Practice is the credential. There is no paper qualification for this work yet, which is exactly why the bar is a live meeting rather than a document.

What happens at the line

Both rates run on a rolling 90-day window. Crossing either one opens a review on that guide, and the operator is alerted the moment it opens.

A human decides what follows, and the decision is written down with a real note — the guide's account of it belongs on that record. We looked hard at platforms that automate this away and chose not to copy them.

Removal from the bench is a separate, deliberate decision. Crossing a line starts a conversation; it does not pull a lever.

When a session is missed

If the guide does not attend, you are made whole. In the current mode that means the payment record is closed out unpaid — the two of you settle directly, so there is nothing for the platform to return.

If you do not attend, the guide's time stands and the arrangement between the two of you is unchanged.

Marking a session as missed is a human decision at the desk, never an automatic one. A word against a word belongs in front of a person.

Changing your plans

Either side can cancel or move a session freely up to 24 hours before it starts.

Inside that window, talk to each other first — the message thread on the booking is there for exactly this. Where it cannot be worked out, the desk picks it up.

Why this page exists

Publishing the bar is the only version of a bar you can check. A standard nobody outside the building can read is a preference.

Every figure here comes from the same configuration the engine reads when it enforces. When the operator moves a threshold, this page moves with it.
