Questions, answered

The things people actually ask, answered straight. Anything missing, a human is one message away.

What actually happens in a session?

One hour, on your real work, at your level. You bring the thing you are trying to make work — at the job or at home — and someone who does this every day sits with you while you do it.

The hour runs on whichever tool your guide works in. You get the joining details with your booking.

How are guides chosen?

Every guide met live before listing — a real meeting, watching them work through something real, before anyone can see their profile.

Once listed, they are held to published thresholds on cancellations and missed sessions. The standards page carries the current numbers.

Why can I not see a guide's name?

Names appear once a session is booked and paid. Until then you see the practice: the work they do daily, the levels they take, the tools they live in.

It keeps the choice on the substance, and it means a guide's standing is built from sessions rather than from a following they arrived with.

How do I pay?

The price is on the listing before you book, set by the guide. Pay per session — nothing else: no membership, no bundle you have to buy into.

Right now you settle with your guide directly. The platform records the arrangement and both confirmations, and does not touch the money.

What if I need to cancel or move it?

Freely, up to 24 hours before the session starts, from the booking itself.

Inside that window, message your guide on the booking thread — most of it sorts itself out there. Where it does not, the desk steps in.

What if my guide does not turn up?

Tell us from the session's page. A guide who misses a session answers for it, and it counts against the public threshold their listing is held to.

You are made whole. In the current mode the payment record is closed out unpaid, because the platform never held the money to begin with.

The session happened and it was not what I hoped for. Now what?

Open a complaint from the session's page within the 24 hours before it closes itself. That records an incident and notifies the operator directly.

A person reads it — this is not a form that files itself somewhere. You hear back from a human about what is being done.

Can I leave a review?

Yes, once, after a session you attended. It stands as written; nobody edits it into something friendlier later.

I want to guide. How does that work?

Apply from the guide page. You are asked what you work on and at what level you take people, then asked to bring something real to a live meeting.

The meeting is the bar. Practice is the credential.

When something goes wrong

Start on the session's own page: the complaint opens an incident, the operator is notified, and a person decides — not a rule engine.

The decision lands on the permanent record with a note attached. Where money has to move, it moves through the same recorded path as everything else.
