The terms, in plain words

What Starcamp is, what it is not, and what we each stand behind.

Last updated 2026-07-25 — DRAFT, pre-launch.

What Starcamp is

A gathering place: we introduce people to vetted guides, hold the calendar, and keep the shared record of what happened. The session itself — the craft, the conversation — belongs to the two of you.

Payment, in the current mode

You and your guide settle payment directly, between the two of you. Starcamp records the arrangement and both confirmations; it does not touch, hold, or forward the money.

Your sessions are private

Sessions run on the guide's chosen tool. We never record, transcribe, or place any AI inside them.

The record

Bookings, confirmations, reviews, and desk decisions are appended to a permanent record. Reviews are written once, by the person who booked the session, and stand.

Fair dealing

One human, one account. Cancel as early as you can when you must. The desk can suspend accounts that abuse people or the record — every desk action lands in the ledger with a hand on it.

Your account

You can export your data and close your account from Settings, any time. Closure is immediate; erasure follows the grace window.

Early days

Starcamp is pre-launch and these terms are a working draft — they will firm up before anything real is charged through the platform. What will not change: the session is yours, the record is honest, the money story is told straight.
